http://ameblo.jp/mm-12ki/entry-12121523878.html ((Maria’s blog entry))

What’s popular at school right now

Is writing ・・・・・・ on the blackboard.

(It’s popular between two of my close friends and me lol)

You don’t just write ・・・・・・ normally,

By holding the chalk on one and and dragging it down,

You write it like

『I wonder if you understand this entry at all…』

(If you could understand it, Maria would be really happy! Kya-kya-)

When Maria was in elementary school,

Our homeroom teacher taught us kanji in our Japanese class.

When he would draw a grid on the blackboard,

He would draw the ・・・・・・ as lines

Horizontal and vertical

super fast! I admired it. (the denddendden.)

Even though Maria could never write it like denddendden, Sensei could always draw it so quickly,

I thought that was so coooool!!

On the times we were on break I tried to practice it so many times, but

It always just ended up becoming a normal line・・・

Since entering middle school I’ve become able to draw it!

So, in all my free time I’m always at the blackboard

Pulling the chalk down and drawing like denddendden!

The blackboard is just covered in denddendden.

Maria, who has developed this bad habit,

will write denddendden again tomorrow.

I totally get this.

That’s really nostalgic.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:30:01.83 0.net
I get it.

By pulling the chalk quickly, it jumps off the board as you draw the dots.

That was unexpectedly very well communicated.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:34:12.57 0.net
My viewpoint is definitely wrong

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:35:15.10 0.net
I can do it too!

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:36:15.13 0.net
I’ve never done it before…

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:37:08.50 0.net
It’s heartbreaking when I think how few years we have left of Child-Maria.

If you didn’t use a long piece of chalk you couldn’t do it.

The chalk would break sometimes, and I remember it made the teacher angry.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:42:34.74 0.net
I can’t even talk about how childlike this is.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:48:02.75 0.net
And apart from that, this is the high-class daughter who serves her family green tea after dinner.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:49:32.68 0.net
This takes me back.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:51:15.11 0.net
I wonder why that makes the “denddendden” sound.

Wouldn’t kakkakkakkakka represent the sound better?

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:54:42.12 0.net
It’s got a higher pitch than that, right?

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/25(月) 23:58:57.26 0.net
If you don’t do it right it’ll make a shrill “giiii~~~” sound

The kind that makes the whole class go “gaah!”

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:00:04.00 0.net
I was always bad at writing on the chalkboard.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:00:14.23 0.net
Ohh, I get it

You hold the tip of the chalk very lightly.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:01:10.68 0.net
You utilize the effect of flapping wings.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:01:38.57 0.net
The details about how she plays are so childish. In a way, I’m relieved.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:02:33.90 0.net
She’s really such a childish, innocent girl.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:04:08.42 O.net
She’s such a kid.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:09:19.59 0.net
This is like that uniform linear motion thing huh? lol

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:09:43.39 0.net
All that chalk dust can’t be good for the body.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:32:26.84 0.net
If it gets in your hair, your hair becomes really smooth.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:11:41.18 0.net

Such profound literary talent!

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:12:44.28 0.net
The majority of the content of her blog might be school-related.

Oh I’ve done this before!

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:16:57.35 0.net
I want to show off left and right how well I can denden.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:23:18.32 0.net

>Maria, who has developed this bad habit,

So cuuuute~~

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:31:45.21 0.net
We used those dotted lines often in math class.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:32:30.19 0.net
I always thought that my teachers who could draw that kind of line cleanly were one rank above others.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:32:54.71 0.net
What’s most important is that it seems like she’s having fun.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 00:39:23.74 0.net
I get it, it’s the thing where you write like “dururu”

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:05:06.18 0.net
In three months she’ll be a high school student

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:05:44.89 0.net
She’s at an age where anything is fun.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:06:51.62 0.net
For every child that acts like an adult, there’s a child like Maria who is innocent and simple-minded.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:06:56.47 0.net
Even if times change, Maria never will. Maria, I’m touched!

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:08:05.94 0.net
I drew those lines when I was in high school. So nostalgic.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:08:55.42 0.net
It’s a good thing that she’ll always have the heart of a child. You don’t have to start weird threads about it.

。。@\(^o^)/ 2016/01/26(火) 01:16:22.07 0.net
No matter what age you are, everybody tried to do this once in middle school.

Does this mean that Maria and I aren’t that different after all?
